You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rss999 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. rss999 will never request your password via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

All rss999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This is the native currency of the Platform. No conversion between PKR and any other currency is performed by rss999. All displayed balances, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are expressed exclusively in PKR.

Withdrawals from your rss999 account are subject to the following conditions:

Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. VIP tier members (Gold and above) receive prioritised processing. rss999 operates in full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements as mandated by its international gaming license. rss999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. rss999 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through rss999 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards — are subject to these General Bonus Conditions and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms, all bonuses awarded by rss999 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of winnings associated with the bonus is permitted. In the event that rss999 publishes manifestly erroneous odds — defined as odds that deviate materially from those available on comparable markets at the time of publication — rss999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and settle them at the correct market price. rss999 will notify affected members of any such void and adjustment.
Sports betting winnings from any single event are subject to maximum payout limits, which vary by sport and market type. Maximum payout limits are published within the sports betting section of the Platform. rss999 reserves the right to modify maximum payout limits at any time. No claim for winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit will be entertained.
rss999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both rss999 and its members.
Members may set voluntary limits on their gaming activity through the rss999 account dashboard at any time following rss999 Login. Available limit types include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits; single-session time limits; and session reminder notifications. Reductions to any limit take effect immediately upon application. Increases to any limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rss999 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and your use of it. In particular, rss999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
rss999 will not be liable to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any:
arising out of or in connection with the Platform, however caused, even if rss999 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where rss999's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, rss999's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your rss999 account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit rss999's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by rss999's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
rss999 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prior to closure, any active bonus wagering requirements must be assessed, and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms. Where you request closure as part of a self-exclusion, the terms of Section 8.2 (Self-Exclusion) apply.
rss999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rss999 holds its international gaming license. The choice of governing law does not affect your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform ("Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by rss999's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
